These terms are an agreement between you and All Improvement Cleaning Services LLC, doing business as AICS ("AICS", "we", "us" or "our"), 301 Plum Tree, Urbana, IL 61802. By using this website, submitting a form, or booking our services, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.

Our services

AICS provides commercial and residential cleaning, including commercial and office cleaning, home cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, window cleaning, move-out and move-in cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. We serve Urbana, Champaign, Rantoul and surrounding areas within 50 miles. If you are outside that range, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Any price ranges shown on this website are typical market ranges for context only. They are not our rate card and they are not an offer. Your actual price is the one we give you in writing after we understand the space, and for larger commercial jobs after a free walkthrough.

A quote assumes the condition of the space as described or as seen at the walkthrough. If we arrive and the scope is materially different, we will tell you before we start and agree on a revised price with you rather than surprise you on an invoice.

Scheduling, access and cancellations

You agree to give us safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time, whether that is by being there, leaving a key, or giving us a door or lockbox code. If we cannot get in and cannot reach you, we may have to reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. We will always give you the same courtesy if something on our side changes.

Payment

Payment is due as set out in your quote or service agreement. For recurring commercial work, invoicing terms are agreed before the first visit. Please tell us about any billing issue promptly and we will sort it out.

Our satisfaction guarantee

If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will come back and put it right at no extra charge. This guarantee covers redoing the cleaning we agreed to. It is not a cash refund promise and it does not cover work that was never in the agreed scope.

Things outside our scope

Some work is not part of standard cleaning, for example carpet shampooing, wall repair or painting, mold remediation, pest control, biohazard cleanup, or moving heavy furniture and appliances. Some of these can be arranged as add-ons if we agree in advance. We may decline work that is unsafe, or that needs a license or equipment we do not have, and we will say so plainly.

We take real care with your property. Please put away cash, jewelry, irreplaceable items and sensitive documents before a visit. Please also tell us in advance about delicate surfaces, antiques, or anything that needs a specific product, so we can treat it correctly.

Insurance and liability

AICS is a licensed Illinois LLC and carries liability insurance. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance before a commercial contract begins. If we damage something through our negligence, tell us promptly and we will work with you and our insurer to make it right. To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, our liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

SMS messaging

Our quote and contact forms include two separate, optional checkboxes for text messages: one for transactional messages and one for marketing messages. Both are unchecked by default, and consent is never a condition of getting a quote or receiving service from us.

Transactional messages may include reminders, order confirmations and account notifications among others.
Marketing messages may include special offers, discounts and new product updates among others.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are your responsibility.
Reply HELP for help. You can also email us at aics2000@gmail.com.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We will stop sending messages of that type.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We handle your mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Use of this website

You agree not to misuse this site, for example by attempting to break it, submitting false information, or using our forms to send spam. The content, branding and design of this site belong to AICS. Please do not copy them for your own commercial use.

We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we provide the site as it is and cannot promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms in force when you book are the ones that apply to that job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Champaign County, Illinois.
