The cleanup that makes a build move-in ready

Construction dust gets into every corner, on every surface and inside every fixture, and a normal clean will not cut it. We clear the debris and the fine dust in phases so the final result is genuinely move-in ready.

We coordinate with contractors and builders around the trades, scheduling each phase so our crew is working when the site is ready and never in the way of the work still going on. That keeps the project moving and the finished space looking the way it should.

The three phases we handle

Post-construction cleanup is not a single visit. It works best in stages, and we scope whichever phases your project needs.

• Rough cleanRemove large debris and leftover materials, handle general site cleanup, then sweep and vacuum throughout.
• Interior detail cleanHEPA-vacuum surfaces, wipe down fixtures, clean cabinets inside and out, clean windows, remove paint overspray and adhesive residue and scrub tile.
• Final and touch-upDetail the floors, polish and sanitize, remove fingerprints from glass, catch last-minute scuffs and polish hardware, typically 24 to 48 hours before handover.

What gets cleaned

By the time we are done, every trace of the build is gone. A full detail covers:

Once the space is occupied, post-construction cleaning pairs naturally with ongoing commercial cleaning to keep it that way, or with a move-out cleaning style detail when a tenant is turning the space over.

When the final clean should happen

Schedule the final clean 24 to 48 hours before handover or move-in so it stays pristine for the walkthrough. That timing keeps fresh dust and last-minute traffic from settling back in before anyone sees the finished space.
