All Improvement Cleaning Services LLC, doing business as AICS ("AICS", "we", "us" or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Who we are

All Improvement Cleaning Services LLC (DBA AICS) is a cleaning company based at 301 Plum Tree, Urbana, IL 61802. We provide commercial and residential cleaning to Urbana, Champaign, Rantoul and surrounding areas within 50 miles.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us through our quote and contact forms. That is:

Your name, so we know who we are talking to.
Your email address, so we can send your quote and reply to you.
Your phone number, if you provide it. This is optional.
Your city or town, so we can confirm you are in our service area.
The service you need and any details you type, so we can price the work accurately.
Your SMS consent choices, if you tick either text message checkbox, along with the date and time you did so.

We do not sell anything on this site, so we never collect payment card details here. We do not require you to create an account. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to:

Prepare and send your free quote.
Reply to your question or schedule a walkthrough.
Arrange, confirm and follow up on cleaning services you have requested.
Send you text messages, but only of the type you specifically consented to.
Keep basic business records of the work we have quoted and performed.

We do not use your information for anything else, and we do not sell it.

Text messages and SMS consent

Our forms include two separate, optional checkboxes: one for transactional messages (such as appointment reminders and confirmations) and one for marketing messages (such as offers and discounts). Both are unchecked by default. Ticking them is never required to request a quote or to receive service from us.

If you opt in, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages about a job you have booked, and you can reply STOP to those as well.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

Service providers who help us operate. For example, our website host and our email provider. They may process your information only to provide that service to us.
Subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, strictly to help deliver the service you requested.
When the law requires it, such as a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

As stated above, your mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our normal business and tax obligations. If you would like your information deleted, email us and we will take care of it, unless we are required to keep a record.

How we protect your information

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions travel encrypted. We limit access to your information to the people who need it to do the work. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability. The service area map is embedded from Google Maps, and Google may receive information about that request under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can decline the SMS checkboxes and still get a quote.
You can reply STOP to any message from us to stop texts.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
You can simply not submit the form, and we will hold nothing about you.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes to how we handle SMS consent will be reflected here and on our forms.
